Roles of Private Institutions in Quality Education (Speech):

Albert Einstein once said, "Everybody is a genius. But if you try to judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

Ladies and Gentlemen, experienced and honourable jury members, guests, organizers, my competitive participants, audience and my dear fellow members, it's me (Your Name) representing (Your Institution's Name) in today's (Programme Name). The topic of today's speech is, "Roles of Private Institutions in Quality Education". The topic is quite an interesting one and being an individual studying in private institution, I can speak more practically on this one.

Private means something belonging to any specific person or group of people and quality education is that which provides all the learners; yes, all the learners with the ability to lead an economically productive life, being a peace and democratic practice contributing citizens along with quality of life.

We often see people having certain degrees but are unemployed and are living a miserable life dependent on others. So, education is not the only thing that matters. What it matters is Quality Education and its practice in daily life. The trend of Private institutions began with the introduction of advanced and technical fields like engineering, dentistry, medicine, pharmacy, etc. It is difficult for the government of developing countries to invest in wide range of quality courses.

However, private institutions being privately founded, it is possible for them to offer a wide variety of courses with their latest and greatest infrastructure. They can help the students find their true potential in their field of interest.

What I think is, if there had been no private institutions, we would not have achieved what we have achieved so far. Education can be found in other institutions as well but it's quality education that I am talking about. Private Institutions not only focus on teaching and learning through the latest options available, but also the environment in which they teach is a very disciplined and moral one along with the competitive challenges among the students to do their level best.

Private Institutions make the students do their homework and look after their progress. Parents are concerned about their children as they are paying money of their labor for it.

These institutions focus on teacher, parent and students triangle. So, the teaching that we get in private institutions is productive and effective one. They do not limit the teaching up to paper and pen. They also focus on personality and skill development which is met by activities like exhibition, clubs, formation and executions, games, sports social service, etc. These skills and activities that an individual learns will help him or her, compete in the highly competitive environment that professionals face nowadays. It is because everyone wants highly skilled and productive manpower rather than highly educated manpowers.

These institutions teach students subjects like moral science, occupational and business technologies, handicraft, languages, etc. Such subject might not seem important but make a huge difference when developing the character of an individual.

As everything has a down part, I would like to day that the fee of the private institutions are not affordable by everyone. But, nothing good comes for free, and we generally have a dedication and devotion towards something for what we have to pay.

In conclusion, all the practices of these institutions carve students into a piece of diamond. With likely environment focused on learning, students get wider and can establish themselves in the toughest neck-to-neck competitions as well. If these institutions focus a little less on brand values then, they play a considerable role in quality education.
